415 Harlequin: The Most Home For Your Money

Mimosa Bay is a neighborhood set apart.

Upon turning through the richly paved brick entrance and open iron gate, I was greeted by sunny countryside adorned with vibrant leaves and attractive homes in the distance beckoning my near arrival. I wound my way through a welcoming neighborhood that had the perfect suberbia charm combined with the quaintness that comes with natural beauty. A young mother jogged by with her baby stroller in tow.

I turned across a rustic, wooden bridge and onto the Harlequin Court cul-de-sac. The 'welcome' sign painted on the black door of number 415 greeted me. The property was beautifully arranged for today's open house. Stepping through the door I caught the faint smell of spice candles and the homey sound of the running dishwasher.

For sale at $264,900 this spacious home is the perfect place for family. Little details like this 'crowned' antique pig show that this home is well-loved and a wonderful place for a growing family to do life together.

The kitchen and living area are open for good conversation and community. The formal dining room is the jewel of the house with a gorgeous coffered ceiling and wood paneled chair rail. The four bedrooms upstairs provide great living space, and the master bedroom, with enormous vaulted ceiling could be your oasis of tranquility after a trying day.

This home gave me a sense of belonging, which is both peculiar and heart-warming. And I must say, pictures do no justice to both the beauty of the neighborhood and welcoming vibe of this home at 415 Harlequin.
