This fall season I have been loving cozying up on brisk mornings, baking all things pumpkin and seeing the abundance of real estate opportunities opening up in the Sneads Ferry area.

Billy has a determined drive and healty nose for sniffing out good deals while continually striving to put his clients' needs above his own. Being a United States Coast Guard veteran gives him a broad worldview and compassionate heart. "I am focussed, driven and enjoy the hunt [for the perfect deal]," he said. Billy loves using unconventional methods to solve difficult problems, which gives him a unique edge.
Aside from his passion for real estate, Billy loves spending time with his wife and two small children at the beach and on the water. Fishing both in shore and off shore, he finds joy and relaxation. Having fished all along the southeastern Carolina coast, he has a really good sense for this area.
"Where we are is so unique," he said. "I refer to it as the last hidden gem on the East Coast." He noted that on the coast it is virtually impossible to get a small town feel while being so close to the beach and with such a low cost of living. This unique trifecta in Sneads Ferry makes it a cut above, and being an easy drive to both Jacksonville and Wilmington, there is nothing out of reach!
